Nature of messages: All SMS messages are strictly transactional and necessary for account security and platform functionality. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS through this program.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity such as login attempts, password resets, and security events.
Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Epic Digital does not charge for sending SMS messages.
Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. You may also remove your phone number from your account settings. Please note that opting out of security-related SMS may limit your ability to use features that require phone-based verification.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and source code, are the exclusive property of Epic Digital Interactive Media LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Epic FlowState" and "FlowState" are trademarks of Epic Digital Interactive Media LLC.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
If you subscribe to paid features of our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a separate agreement. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPIC DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Epic Digital and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
